*Could you describe your job?
I am primarily in charge of export shipping documentation, including payments and contracts. I frequently liaise with vendors, forwarders, buyers and relevant internal departments in the course of my work. I believe one of the most important parts of my job is building good relationships. I always keep this in mind when dealing with our sellers and buyers.

*Please tell us about your current office.
I think the Melbourne office is a calm and welcoming place to work. However, our department is always busy and noisy as we network with people by phone rather than just by email. This is kind of our department policy. What's more, we always discuss and resolve issues together as a team. I really enjoy working in the Agricultural Department because we have such great team work. After work, we sometimes go out drinking as reward for working hard. As a whole office, we have various corporate events which include the Christmas party, family events on weekends and occasional cocktail parties after work. These events are good opportunities to mingle with other department staff and help us to build a close knit workplace.

*How do you spend your days off?
My favourite thing is EATING and DRINKING! I really enjoy discovering new cafés for brunch or pubs and bars with cosy atmospheres and yummy cocktails. I always look for fun Melbourne events to go to!! There are lots of events in Melbourne throughout the year. Especially in the summer time, when every weekend is exciting. My favourite events are the Australian Open, the F-1 Grand Prix and the St Kilda Festival. Apart from events, I also enjoy having barbeques and picnics with my friends and family. I love it when I have the chance to get in touch with nature. There are so many beautiful public gardens and beaches in Melbourne, even the mountains are only an hour by car from the city. That is how I like to spend my weekend!!
